If time allows I may be able to approve your appointment request. There will be a same day squeeze in fee applied of $10-$100 the range depends on the appointment booked. ★ 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 & 𝐧𝐨𝐧-𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞. ★𝐍𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐀𝐍𝐒: -you cannot shift the deposit to / for a new appointment time (ex: rescheduling) OR a new service •I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to the needs of the business and owner. If I cancel your appointment I can refund the deposit at your request. You may decide to reschedule; In that event the next available spot at your earliest convenience will be discussed. The new appointment can be months in advance as long as the bookings are opened. No additional deposit will be needed as long as you book within 1 MONTH from your original appointment. The deposit is non refundable. •If you need to reschedule please do so 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟐 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 your appointment. •Cancellations must be done 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟐 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐲 scheduled appointment. ★ No-shows & cancellations the day before or the day of the appointment: You will be charged the 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 of the service you booked. ★ If you want to change the service you’ve booked reach out to me…no later than 2days before your appointment- IF I can accommodate you for the time slot I will. (Depending on the new service a new deposit 𝐦𝐚𝐲 be required) ★ If you want to reschedule the service you’ve booked reach out to me…IF I can accommodate you for the new time slot - I will (A new deposit 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 be required) ★If you are running late please reach out to me to let me know. 𝑰 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒄𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒂 15 𝒎𝒊𝒏 𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒅. After 15mins, there will be a $20 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐞 charged to your total. ★Additionally if you No show or still haven’t arrived after 20mins into your appointment it will be canceled.
